I am known around the gym as "Mama House!" I am the owner and general manager of The Exchange Fitness. Along with coaching our group fitness classes, I also personal train and regularly assess the overall wellbeing of our members.
Through these years, I have had the opportunity to work with a wide range of individuals. I have trained both men and women ranging in age from 12 to 75 years old. Not only has this been an amazing experience for me when it comes to corrective movements and exercises, but it has allowed me to give clients a personal approach and provide a different perspective when they have questions about their health and fitness journey. This is something that I look forward to daily and seeing their faces light up when they reach new goals is what allows me to have the best job in the world!
Outside of work, I love to spend time with my beautiful family! I have been married to my husband, David, for 23 years and have 2 amazing kids, Tiffani and Christian. We enjoy spending time at the beach, participating in local races, and doing anything active as a family! I am also actively involved with my church and I enjoy serving regularly.

"The Exchange Fitness is the best decision I have ever made in my life! First, let me give you a little backstory. I had a serious injury on my job in January 2018 as a manager of Home Depot. This resulted in neck surgery in July 2019 and recovery from that until August 2020 in which I joined The Exchange Fitness. These almost 3 years off took a toll on my self esteem -- not to mention I gained 30 pounds. I am always very reluctant to join a gym because you're locked into a contract and when I am left to be in charge of my workout, I procrastinate, get bored, don't see results, and quit before the miracle. There are 3 things I absolutely love about The Exchange Fitness. First of all and most importantly, I love the owners and trainers! They are all passionate about what they do and you can feel that presence in all of them on a daily basis. They love what they do and they are encouraging, informative, and success driven to get you the results you want. Second, the workout comradery in this gym has been pivotal in my successful results and workout experience. These workouts are tough, but you're not doing it alone. When you feel like you're dying and feel your body is revolting and you look around and see everyone else in the same boat cheering each other on, it pushes you to keep going. You see a buddy hitting a Personal Record and you stop what you're doing to shout encouraging remarks in hopes of giving them that extra push to "get there!" It's a "family feeling" in every workout, and I have four kids so I have been to all of the class times since I have to get it in whenever possible. Even if you don't know them closely, we are all in this together. Third thing I love about the gym and not to toot my own horn, but I have never been able to do a pullup or run a mile without stopping, gasping and moaning. I have succeeded in both of these tasks far quicker than I ever thought possible. I am running a 10K race tomorrow, I can rope climb, and  all of my weighted workouts have increased tenfold. At 38 I am in the best shape of my life and have shaved off 12 pounds, but probably more. I signed my 11 and 12 year old boys up for personal training and soon they will join me in my workouts too. My husband is not far behind as he is now military. This is not only a lifechanging place, but a great family oriented gym as well! If you are on the fence about a gym to join....this is your place -- you won't regret it!!"
